Every Vaelrys kit is hand-assembled and quality checked before it ships. If something is wrong with your kit — a missing component, a damaged piece, anything that prevents you from building — contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. A replacement, a personal build session, or a full refund. Your call. We stand behind every kit we ship.
